1) I didn't get the activation mail

Sadly, it must have been eaten by a spam-filter, somewhere between our server and you. Not to worry... You can activate your account here, but please read the information carefully. You can also test your email from the side menu at any stage.

2) I've logged in before, but now it says my account in invalid or inactive. What should I do?

Most likely, you are typing in either the wrong username, or the wrong password. Remember - Your username and password are case sensitive! If you are not sure of your password, you can click on here to get a new password sent to your email address. If this still does not work out for you, contact the salon administrator using the form below.

3) I want to upload photos, but there are no categories for me to enter!

Have you paid for your entry yet? You need to do that first. Click on Enter Categories and select the categories you want to enter. You need to then proceed to "checkout" (click the button). If you have already paid, see the next question...

4) I paid to enter a Salon, but when I try and upload photos, there are not salon categories available to me.

SalonManager didn't receive notification of your payment for some reason. This happens occasionally, usually due to a communication breakdown between the payment portal and this system. Contact the Salon Administrator - they'll check your payment has arrived, and mark you as "paid" on the system.

5) I uploaded the wrong photo - how do I delete it?

You can't delete it, but you can replace it (this is for reasons pertaining to payment and image numbering). Click on My Photos, locate the photo to be edited, click "browse" to replace the image, enter the new title and click "Update this photo".
