First, check if your problem is dealt with here:
1) I didn't get the activation mail
Sadly, it must have been eaten by a spam-filter, somewhere between us and you. Not to worry... drop us a line in the contact form below, and we'll activate you. Make sure you tell us your Username and email address. (We don't need your password).
2) I've logged in before, but now it says my account in invalid or inactive. What should I do?
Most likely, you are typing in either the wrong username, or the wrong password. If you are not sure of your password, you can click on "forgot my password" in the menu, and a new one will be e-mailed to you. If you are still stuck, use the contact form below to ask the Salon Admin for help. Make sure you tell us your email address so we can reply!
3) I want to upload photos, but there are no categories for me to enter, in the dropdown box.
Have you paid for your entry yet? You need to do that first. Click on "Pay for Entry" in the menu. If you have already paid, see the next question...
4) I paid to enter a Salon, but when I try and upload photos, there are not salon categories available to me.
SalonManager didn't receive notification of your payment for some reason. This happens occasionally, usually due to a communication breakdown between the payment portal and this system. Use the contact form below to tell the Salon Admin - he'll check your payment has arrived, and mark you as "paid" on the system. Make sure you tell us your Username and email address. (We don't need your password).
5) I uploaded the wrong photo - how do I delete it?
You can't delete it, but you can replace it (this is for reasons pertaining to payment and image numbering). Click on My Photos and then Edit. You can change the photo, by choosing a new one and clicking on the Change Image button. Once you've done that, you'll probably want to also Change Title to match the new image.
